These terms apply to the Orby website and waitlist, run by Orbital Collective Pte. Ltd. (“Orbital”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Singapore. By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

Orby is still in development and this website doesn’t offer it yet. When Orby launches, using it will be covered by separate terms that you will be asked to accept then. These terms don’t cover the app.

1. The waitlist

  • Joining is free and doesn’t guarantee access to Orby, a launch date or any particular features.
  • We may invite people in stages and in any order, and we may change or close the waitlist at any time.
  • Sign up only with an email address that is yours. We may remove signups that look automated, fake or made on someone else’s behalf.
  • You can leave at any time. How we handle your email address is explained in our Privacy Policy.

2. Using the website

You may browse the website for your own use. Please don’t try to disrupt it, get around its security, overload it, or sign up or scrape it using automated means.

3. Our content

The Orby name and logo, and the website’s design, text, images and video, belong to Orbital or the people we license them from. You may view them here, but don’t copy, change or reuse them without our written permission.

4. Your ideas

If you send us feedback or suggestions about Orby, we may use them to improve it, without owing you anything for them.

5. No guarantees

The website is provided as it is. Information about Orby here describes plans that may change before launch. We don’t promise that the website will always be available or free of errors. None of this limits any rights you have under the law that can’t be excluded.

6. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Orbital is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the website or the waitlist, and our total liability to you for them is limited to S$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for fraud.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top will show when they last changed. If you keep using the website afterwards, the updated terms apply.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
